What is in the Bake Box?
Each monthly Bake Box will contain the following:
4-5 bakery goods, each individually packaged, such as: cookies, brownies, cake pops, squares, tarts, granola, sugar cookies etc.
1-2 party/entertaining supplies, such as: greeting cards, plates, napkins, party decor, candles, cupcake/cake toppers etc.
an ingredient card listing ingredients for each bakery item
When should I enjoy my baked goods by?
On your ingredient card there will be a “recommended enjoy by date”. This does not mean you can’t eat them after this date, but baked goods are best enjoyed as fresh as possible.
Want to save something for later? Just pop it in your freezer! All items will be tightly packaged making it easy to keep them frozen until you want to enjoy. Just make sure you bring them back to room temperature before serving.
When will I get my Bake Box?
Subscribe by the end of the month, to be included in the following month’s shipment, which will ship out during the second week. For example: if you subscribe on March 31st, your box will ship out second week of April. If you subscribe April 1st, your box will ship out the second week of May.
I live in ____, can I subscribe for Bake Box?
Bake Box ships to all provinces across Canada. To keep products as fresh as possible, shipping may be unavailable to remote locations. Should this be the case for your address, you will be notified and refunded.
Who is your courier? How long will my box take to arrive?
We ship using Canada Post. Boxes will take between 1-5 business days to arrive depending on your location. For example, shipping to Toronto may take 1-2 business days, and Vancouver may take 4-5 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of CAD$5.99 across Canada.
I live in Waterloo, On… Can I pick up my box to save on shipping?
Yes! If you would like to pick up your box from Q’s Cakes (188 King Street South, Waterloo), please select “Local Pickup” for your shipping option. If Local Pickup is chosen, you will receive an email during the second week of the month to let you know when your box is ready for pickup. Boxes must be picked up and signed for within 2 days of notification, during business hours.
Please do not choose “Local Pickup” for shipping if you are unable to pick up your box from Waterloo, Ontario.
Can I get a gluten free or nut free box?
At this time we will not be offering allergen free boxes, however it may a possibility for the future!
When will I be billed/re-billed for my subscription?
Upon subscription you will be billed. Following that you will be billed on the same day of every month/3 months/6 months, depending on your chosen subscription plan. You can see what day you will be re-billed by signing into your account.
Can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account, view your subscriptions, and select unsubscribe. This must be done before you are re-billed, or you will automatically be signed up for another term.
