Wedding Cake FAQ
Cake pickup and storage:
Cakes can be scheduled for pick up from our shop Tuesday-Friday from 9am-4pm, and Saturdays from 9am-12pm. They will be chilled upon pickup, and can stay in an air conditioned room from the beginning of your reception, until serving
Can you put fresh flowers on your cake?
Of course! We love arranging fresh flowers on wedding cakes! To ensure that flowers match perfectly with the rest of your décor, we ask that they are provided to us from your florist. Fresh flowers can be dropped off at our shop the day before pickup.
Can we do a cake tasting?
We do not offer formal cake tastings. If you would like to try out flavours prior to ordering, cupcakes can be ordered online HERE to test flavours. Our cupcakes are made from the same cake and buttercreams that are available for our wedding cakes, and are available in our recommended cake/buttercream combinations.
Do you offer cake stand rentals?
Yes! We have a variety cake pedestals and platters available to rent for your big day. Rental pricing starts at $15.00 (+ a refundable damage deposit) depending on how many stand/platters you will need. Take a look at some of our stand rental options here
